By learning from the vast knowledge Jeremy shared, he took a 'customer-first' mindset to heart. Sarah brings a wealth of expertise to the table, with 11 years of deep-rooted experience in the restaurant world. As our CFO since the business was formed, she has combined financial precision with a genuine passion for the industry to help us grow. When the spreadsheets are closed, you can find Sarah out on the lake in a kayak or unwinding with the newest season of her favorite reality show.

She began working in her family’s restaurant and grocery business at a young age, gaining early exposure to the hospitality industry. This experience provided a strong understanding of customer service and restaurant operations as the business grew and expanded. Today, she supports the billing and marketing department.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys watching anime, playing video games, and proudly cheering on his favorite team, the Philadelphia Eagles.
Rodney G
Support Technician
Rodney is a Toledo native who has been working with computers since the age of five. He has over ten years of official IT experience, including building, maintaining, and repairing PCs, tablets, and game consoles, as well as troubleshooting and resolving networking issues. Outside of his technical work, Rodney is an independent professional wrestler. In his free time, he enjoys watching anime and streaming on Twitch.
